Q. Please tell me the best method for chanting & meditation.In which type can i do best? – Mohit
A. Chanting minimum 16 rounds of the Hare Krishna mahamantra in the brahma muhurta hours of early morning, hearing every syllable in a mood of humility and service is the best way to chant and meditate.
If we perform Krishna conscious activity during the daytime like hearing or reading Srimad Bhagavatam, serving the deities and the devotees etc. then our chanting is more pleasing to Krishna, which is our only aim of life.
